Hi Carlo and Nancy,
I'd like to add my comments to your customer feedback:
Despite the distance from home and the multiple visits required to obtain a new paragliding harness, your patience and time spent with me, and allowing me to spend the hours of fiddling with components and hanging in different harnesses was well worthwhile. My requirements were somewhat more exacting than many other pilots, made more so by the fact that I already had a world class leading harness to replace. What I've bought is not relevant, but what is, is your focus on making sure that I would be a happy customer. I am a happy customer.
I have now flown a number of hours on my new paragliding harness and am now 100% sure that it is the right one for me at this time.

I just wanted to thank both of you. The harness is amazing.
You sold me want I needed and showed me what I really wanted. Not to mention you prevented me from making a huge mistake. You went out of your way to help me rather than just sell me something.
I am very impressed with your service and when I have more money saved up I plan on purchasing a paragliding instruction package with you. I am even considering talking with the wife about one of your trips abroad after I get my CP.

First impressions of the harness are very good! I like the more recumbent style. The harness seemed to fit round me so much better and the weight shift control was significantly improved. In all, I felt much more at one with the wing. Great!! I feel very good about all this – I'm hopeful it will make quite some difference in my flying.

Hi Nancy and Carlo, I hope you're both well.
Just a quick line to say that the India trip was fantastic, even though we lost a few days to inclement weather and a flying ban due to the Commonwealth Games.
The harness was truly fantastic, playing its part in keeping me supremely comfortable and very 'slippery'. I think a couple of the guides were surprised by the speed at which I was able to overtake them - which, of course, was very pleasing for me!!

Hi Nancy,
The helmet I got from you is fantastic. How good it is has become apparent to me when, say, I'm folding the glider after a day's flying, and part way through I realise that I still have my helmet on - that's comfort!
I'm very glad to have a full face helmet, for the added protection from the twanged bridle, apart from anything else.
Thank you very, very much for taking the time to show me so many helmets, and talk me through it all, was very much appreciated, first class.
