We would generally recommend to most tandem pilots that they went for rigid tandem spreader bars, unless they: plan to only fly with children / very small passengers; are going on a 'serious' remote expedition and really need to cut down on every gram; or particularly want to get 'intimate' with their passenger! ;^)
