Xplorer 4
Following the hugely successful Skywatch line, the Xplorer range (Xplorer 1, 2, 3 and 4) offers the ultimate in handheld meteorological instruments.
The JDC Skywatch Xplorer 4 is anemometer and thermometer with an in-built electronic compass and pressure/altitude functions.
The Xplorer 4 features nine modes.
Six modes give instant windspeed measurement with: 'max' speed reached; current temperature; wind chill factor; electronic compass in degrees; altitude; or relative pressure (QNH) or absolute pressure displayed.
Three further modes give: History of pressure (tendencies); History of relative pressure (QNH); and History of absolute pressure (QFE).
