MicroAvionics MM021
Paramotor | Powered Paragliding PPG | Microlight Helmet
The MicroAvionics MM012 has been designed for both paramotor and microlight pilots, to be worn over a standard paramotor / microlight / ULM headset.
MicroAvionics Paramotor / Microlight helmets have been tested and certified to the European Airborne Sports Standard EN966 and carry the CE marking.
Manufactured by hand and finished to a very high standard. The outer shell is made from composites and has an EPS shock absorbent liner with a webbing strap and quick release buckle.
The helmet is lightweight, at only 700 grams, and comes with a fleece neck warmer and blue screen-printed helmet bag.
The optional flip-up MicroAvionics Visor and/or MicroAvionics AirDam can be bought at the same time as the helmet (by selecting the appropriate options) or retro-fitted. For more information about these, see below.

Helmet sizing is measured around the head just above the eyebrow.

Optional extra visor comes in clear finish as standard, or can be supplied in a half-tinted version for a small additional cost. Supplied with a visor lock.

As an additional extra the MicroAvionics AirDam wind stopper (see picture) can be supplied.

The MicroAvionics AirDam deflects wind away from the underside of the visor and chin area ensuring more comfort in flight.
The AirDam will keep you warm from cold winter wind and will also stop the wind from buffeting on your headset microphone giving clearer communication.
The AirDam is made from ABS plastic and can be fitted to the bottom of our visor (or fit to other make visors due to its flexible finish).
