We want you to be really happy with your purchase. In case you're not, we'll always do our best to sort it out for you.

Simply return the item in the condition you received it, as instructed below, ensuring it reaches us within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please include complete details of your full name, address (including full postcode), and invoice/order number (on the invoice with your parcel) and a note of why you're returning the item, and we'll replace it as soon as possible.

Up to 7 days to cancel
The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states you have the right to cancel the order of an item within seven days of delivery. You can send items back to us for a return or exchange as long as we receive them in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving the goods. See below for how to return items to us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, or offer only a partial refund or exchange, on items that are received back damaged, soiled, incomplete or with missing or damaged packaging. You will be responsible for returning the items you wish to exchange to us, at the Delivery & Returns Address below. You will also be responsible for the postage and packaging costs to send the replacement items to you for which you will have to pay for in advance.

We reserve the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party.
Refunds (UK only)
When returning a product, you'll receive a refund to your credit card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site. Returns will only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving the goods. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, or offer only a partial refund or exchange, on items that are received back damaged, soiled, incomplete or with missing or damaged packaging. You will be responsible for returning the items you wish to return to us for a refund, at the Delivery & Returns Address below.
Exchanges (UK only)
If you wish to exchange any item(s) you have purchased from us for other products then you must first contact us to let us know you wish to do this and we will agree upon a suitable exchange. Returns will only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving the goods. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, or offer only a partial refund or exchange, on items that are received back damaged, soiled, incomplete or with missing or damaged packaging. You will be responsible for returning the item(s) you wish to exchange to us, at the Delivery & Returns Address below. You will also be responsible for the postage and packaging costs to send the replacement item(s) to you for which you will have to pay for in advance.

You will be fully responsible for returning any items to us, including all postage and packaging costs involved. To ensure goods reach us you should use a recorded delivery service as we will only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.

Our Right To Refuse Non-Compliant Returns
