Shipping and Postage
Orders from within the United Kingdom (UK)
Your UK order will usually be despatched within 2-5 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Custom orders or specialist items may take longer. If you have an urgent deadline then please check at the time of ordering. We will of course always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
The Post Office and Royal Mail aim to deliver Second Class mail within 3-5 days of despatch (i.e. the date of despatch), but this can be up to 15 working days. This is of course totally outside of our control as the actual delivery is down to Royal Mail.
If you have a special or urgent delivery requirement for your order please ensure you inform us of these before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements but please understand that sometimes it may simply not be possible to get the item you want by the date you want, especially if you have not allowed enough time or placed your order at the last minute. We recommend that to avoid dissapointment you always place your order as soon as possible and allow as much time as possible for unforseen delays.
We appreciate you making the choice to order with us and we'll do our best to get your order to the shipping address you specified just as soon as possible. However, we can't of course be held responsible for delays on route (e.g. with Royal Mail or the courier service).
If there has been any postal strike action (or any other distruption which may affect postal or delivery services) recently there may be additional delivery delays, therefore your order may take longer than normal to reach the shipping address you specified. These delivery delays may continue for some time after postal strike action (or other distruption to postal or delivery services) has finished.
Please note that all of our goods deliveries are made using a signed-for service, as otherwise we have no proof that they have been delivered. This also ensures a swifter, more reliable service to you.
If ordering something that might not fit through your letterbox please ensure that someone will be present at the shipping address you specified to receive your parcel when it arrives.
Please bear in mind that we cannot control the times at which deliveries will be made to the shipping address you specified. This is down to the postal or courier service making the delivery, which is totally outside of our control, therefore it is always possible for there to be unforseen delays.
All deliveries sent with logos on as standard
Please note that as standard all packages and envelopes are sent with FLYBUBBLE PARAGLIDING logos on them. If you would like your order to be sent without logos then please let us know this by adding the comment: "Plain envelope. No logos." in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' field box when you 'Add to Basket' and then proceed to 'Checkout'.
Orders from the UK Channel Islands
When entering the shipping / billing address for your order, under 'Country:' make sure you select: "United Kingdom - Channel Islands".
Orders from outside the United Kingdom
If you live outside the United Kingdom, or you want your order despatched to an address outside the United Kingdom, then please contact us first (i.e. before you place your order) to see if this is possible, and what the additional shipping charges will be.
