Flybubble Paragliding fitting guidelines for Sup'Air Foot Stirrup:
The Sup'Air Foot Stirrup comes with two webbing loops with cam-lock adjusters attached to them. You have to loop the webbing loops around the correct webbing straps on your harness and then pass the cam-lock adjusters back through the webbing loops so they are strapped on. You should loop the webbing loops the around the strongest, thickest webbing straps which usually come vertically down from the karabiner to the seat plate and are often 'doubled up'. Make sure you loop the webbing loops around the correct webbing straps on the harness; otherwise you could damage your harness.
Once you have done this you should then pass two ends of the webbing straps from the foot stirrup through the cam-lock adjusters (one end for each cam-lock adjuster). If you pass the webbing straps from the foot stirrup the wrong way through the cam-lock adjusters then the cam-lock adjusters will not 'grip' the webbing and the webbing will slip through when you apply pressure with your legs (i.e. make sure you pass them through the correct way).
If you are still in doubt after reading this, ask some pilots / club coaches on launch to take a look and help you out!
You should be careful not to accidentally apply the speed system on your paraglider when you mean to push your feet down on the foot stirrup.
