The SHAMANE is a ground-breaking design concept, incorporating the slick aerodynamic race lines of a top-end comp' harness into a lightweight reversible harness-rucksack design, with the flexibility of a removable leg fairing (speedbag). All this weighing just 5.5kg* (not including the optional removable speed bag)! No more 20kg+ backpacks, even for XC and comp' pilots!

This new, lightweight aerodynamic paragliding harness incorporates a medium density foam back protector plus full airbag back protection, as well as an integrated under-seat reserve compartment, full-sized rucksack and optional removable speed bag!

The Shamane also offers great comfort for long flights.

Sup'Air Shamane: The ideal XC travel harness!

The Shamane has been conceived with the most demanding cross country pilots in mind. It's rear aerodynamic profiling, which reverses into a rucksack, offers excellent protection and allows for a weight of around 6.5 kg* including the optional removable speedbag. It's the ideal cross-country harness for travelling!

Sup'Air Shamane: High comfort & top performance!

The Shamane is equipped with new light automatic buckles with a brand new design, patented by Sup'Air. It's delivered with an ergonomic carbon seatplate as standard so the harness hugs the pilot's body as perfectly as possible. A foot stirrup is also included as standard. A seat back depth adjustment system allows fine-tuning of the 'hollow' of the harness according to flight position and offers an optimal contact with the pilot's back. A new stabilization system (ABS) allows a more precise adjustment of stability.

A specially developed speed bag (leg faring / pod), designed so as not to hinder the action of the speed bar, can be added as an optional extra.

Many small details contribute to the pilot's well-being in flight, for example: The Shamane comes with an in-built radio pocket and a special routing for a handheld microphone (on left hand side); it has special fittings for a water bag (hydration pack / camelback) and Sup'Air Lite-Pack (special light storage bag for in-flight use); it also has a convenient side storage pocket.

Sup'Air Shamane > Seat depth adjustment

The handle located on the inner-side of the right skirt, enables the seat depth adjustments. Easy to operate and modify in flight for an upright seating posture with feet on the included foot-rest (relaxed trimmers mode), or a reclined posture with the trimmers under tension with the optional speedbag.
